AutoBallot exists to tell you what's on your ballot. We collect the least we can to do that.

What we store

• Your email address, so we can send election reminders.
• A reference to your public voter record (state, voter-ID, precinct) — never a copy of your date of birth or home address.
• If you opt in to texts: your mobile number and a record of your consent.
• If you answer the voting-plan question: your selected method for that election. We use it to choose relevant voting-information emails. You can change the answer; it does not record how you voted.

What we don't do

We never sell or rent your information. Voter registration data we display is public record from the state; we don't add to it.
